Post-college and emerging ministry leaders
Residency
Our Residency program is a full-time, two-year track for those called into vocational ministry. Residents are placed inside a specific ministry team — kids, students, worship, adults, media, or operations — and are mentored by a senior staff member.
Residents learn by doing: leading volunteer teams, planning gatherings, teaching, and carrying real ministry responsibility while being shaped by Scripture, character formation, and weekly cohort time.
Future pastors and ministry leaders
KLI · Kingdom Leadership Institute
The Kingdom Leadership Institute is a multi-year leadership pipeline designed to raise up the next generation of pastors, ministry leaders, and church planters from inside Together We Church.
KLI residents combine classroom-style learning with hands-on ministry placement — currently embedded in our Kids and Worship ministries — and are personally discipled by senior staff toward long-term kingdom leadership.
College students and recent grads
Intern
Internships at Together We Church are paid, part-time positions designed for students who want to test a calling, gain real ministry experience, and grow in their faith alongside our staff team.
Interns serve in a specific ministry — students, kids, worship, or media — for one school year and are mentored by the ministry's pastor or director.
